Giannini Foundation Colloquium at Stanford

Dr. Vinit Mahajan was a panelist at The Giannini Bank of America Foundation Colloquium held at Stanford in April. As a 2003 Giannini Postdoctoral Fellowship Award winner, Dr. Mahajan served as a mentor for current fellows as he focused his discussion on how to get publications and win grants. The day consisted of workshops on communication, leadership, and career development. The foundation has given over $30 millions dollars in funding to innovative researchers who take scientific discoveries and translate them into patient therapies.
